This website and online store are operated by Ferdi Batmaz under the trading name Maisonvirelle. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maisonvirelle.
These Terms of Service govern your use of maisonvirelle.uk and purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device or screen used to view the website.
Product availability may change without notice. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable to Maisonvirelle, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, will be displayed before you submit your order.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on location, device and eligibility. Payments are processed through the authorised payment provider selected at checkout. Maisonvirelle does not store complete payment-card details.
We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a full refund.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information when placing an order.
After submitting an order, you will normally receive an order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm that the order has been accepted.
Order acceptance is subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation and reasonable fraud or security checks.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We provide free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.
Our estimated delivery schedule is:
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated transit: 4–6 business days.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, address problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility for the goods remains with Maisonvirelle until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Maisonvirelle offers eligible customers a 30-day return period beginning on the day the order is delivered.
For distance purchases, you may also have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason. Where UK consumer cancellation rules apply, this right can generally be exercised within 14 days after delivery.
Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce any statutory cancellation, refund or product-quality rights available to you.
To request a cancellation or return, contact us through our contact form or via support@maisonvirelle.uk. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel or return the order.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the actual return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. Maisonvirelle covers reasonable return costs where an item is incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective.
Returned items must be handled with reasonable care. Under our voluntary return policy, items must generally be unused and returned in their original condition with their original packaging, tags and accessories.
Certain statutory cancellation exceptions may apply, including to personalised products or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been removed. An exception applies only where permitted by law and where the relevant restriction has been clearly disclosed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process statutory refunds without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. Where permitted, we may wait until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
After a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to display it.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and sufficient information for us to investigate the issue. We may request photographs where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
