How long does delivery take?

Our estimated UK delivery time is 4–6 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the latest delivery information. During busy periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order details to view the latest updates.

Please allow a little time for the courier’s tracking system to update after dispatch.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide shown on the relevant product page before ordering. Individual styles may fit slightly differently depending on the fabric, shape and design.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. Our customer care team can also help with product-specific sizing questions.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30 day returns from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging still attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup or damage may not be accepted.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Can swimwear be returned?

Swimwear may be returned within 30 days provided it has only been tried on over underwear and the hygiene seal remains fully attached and undamaged.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with a removed or damaged hygiene seal cannot normally be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
