We accept returns and exchanges for both faulty and non-faulty items within 30 days of delivery.

When you can request a return

• You have changed your mind
• The item is unsuitable or does not fit as expected
• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged or faulty

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must not have been worn beyond trying them on
• Items must be unwashed and free from marks, scents or damage
• All original tags must remain attached
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

How to return an item

• Contact our Customer Care team before posting your return
• Include your order number and the reason for your return
• Approved returns must be sent back by post
• For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return label and return postage
• No restocking fee is charged
• Exchanges are accepted for eligible items, subject to availability

If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our Customer Care team can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refund processing

• Returned items are inspected after they arrive
• We will notify you when your return has been approved or declined
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the return has been received and inspected
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund
